The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Logis de Courterolles

A unique country home has finally opened its doors! Le Logis de Courterolles is an independent apartment located on the 1st floor in the former extension of the castle. The apartment consists of a spacious and bright living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. It has an access to a spectacular 8 ha parkland where you can dine outside, enjoy botanical collection of the gardens, artworks and picturesque landscape. Courterolles is an ideal location to visit main attractions in Burgundy.

Quiet cottage with stunning forest views

This quiet cottage enjoys exceptional views and has a private garden of 5 hectares with a tennis court available to tenants. The forest starts at the bottom of the garden. The walks are endless. The cottage is a remote annex, independent of the main house which is sometimes inhabited by the owners. The "Haut Chenois" gite is located 1 km from the village of Herbeumont, a beautiful tourist village in the Semois Valley, right next to the Gaume known for its sunny climate

Everything is within walking distance: bus station, RAVeL, restaurants, shops and an artisanal bakery just 100 meters away. The accommodation has a double bed (140 cm) and a sofa bed for two people. Baby cot available upon request. Bicycles can be provided Several parking spaces are nearby.

'Le Cabanon' Bed and Breakfast

Relax in this quiet and elegant guest room located at the foot of the Basilica of Our Lady of Avioth. The carefully restored Cabanon, equipped with a wood-burning stove, is comfortable in all seasons. Close to Belgium, 15 km from Orval Abbey with its cheese and famous "Orval" beer that you can taste. Montmédy, its shops and its citadel known as "Ville haute" are 10 minutes drive. You can walk around the ramparts and admire the scenery.

We are pleased to welcome you to our small, cosy 35 m² cottage, located in an annex to our property. Located 20 km from Lake Der, the accommodation has 2 terraces, one of which is covered so you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The cottage is completely independent and offers privacy (no windows facing the adjoining owners' house). You can enjoy the 3,500 m² garden (shared with us). You can move the garden furniture.

Relax in a fully equipped garden studio with refined decor. Quiet, not overlooked. Swimming pool and jacuzzi access directly from the studio. This access is exclusive and not shared. Private percola and terrace. Towels and bathrobe provided. The jacuzzi is available and heated all year round. The pool is only accessible during the summer ( early May to end of September) Studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning
