This lovely little chalet, near our house, is nestled in a pleasant, green setting with a splendid view. Walking trails start from the surrounding area. The Chamrousse resort, popular with the people of Grenoble, is 35 minutes away by car, Alpe d'Huez is 1 hour away and Lake Laffrey is 25 minutes away. 800 m away: enchanting mediaeval castle, small grocery shop, pizzeria and pharmacy. Electric vehicle charging station available at an additional cost. Unfortunately, there is no safety equipment to accommodate an additional baby or young child.

Small, quiet, practical and cosy house, fully renovated with lots of charm. The old stones keep it cool, making it ideal in summer. Ideal accommodation on weekdays for employees of the Romanche valley and also for a weekend in the countryside close to the resorts. 1 double bed, 2 electric single beds. Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. No smoking (ashtray outside)
