Our 33m² newly-renovated place has air conditioning and is a short walk from charming, historic downtown Dijon. In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Welcome to the "Sandie aux deux fays" cottage, a small house adjoining our Bressane farm: comfortable and spacious, located in a large quiet garden, with a swimming pool shared with the family. Nearby, visit Dole, Poligny, Arbois, Château Chalon. Enjoy the natural sites of the Jura, its marked trails, its lakes (swimming, water sports) its rivers (canoeing, fishing). 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM ACCEPTED. The cottage is closed between September 15th and May 15th.

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.

In its bicentennial cellars, Antoine and Julia, a French winemaker and Brazilian translator, produce natural wine without additives.
