Our single-storey accommodation is in a great location, on a cul-de-sac without traffic noise. Located in a quiet, green residential area, ideal for relaxing and forgetting all the day's worries, close to all the necessary amenities: supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, pizzeria, bank, etc. Those who enjoy walking and cycling will be able to make the most of the Doubs Valley Cycle Route. Besançon city centre is about a ten-minute drive away. Private parking right outside the accommodation.

Two-room apartment with an unobstructed view and a parking space. I make my apartment available when I go away for the weekend or on holiday. Please respect the premises. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people. The accommodation is located in Les Tilleuleroies, next to the Minjoz University Hospital, which is a 10-minute walk away, and the tram station. The city centre is 15 minutes away by tram. Pleasant 23 m² studio in house with independent access, ground floor, an exterior, a parking space in village close to highway access to Besançon Centre and Saint-Claude, TRAM terminus (city center access). Village served by buses. This is my home that I make available during my absences, so equipped, only a 2-door wardrobe with my personal belongings is unavailable. Cats are present in the house inhabited by my daughter.
