Bakery 160 meters away. 45 minutes from Valencia and Lyon, 20 minutes from Vienna. In addition to a home all to yourselves, you will have a small outdoor area at the front of the cottage. Located in the Rhône Valley between Lyon and Valence, the house is very easy to access from the A7 motorway. Large capacity, 165 m², 5 bedrooms, 9 beds, where everyone can have their own space. The wooded and enclosed park with games allows children to play with peace of mind. A boules court and a barbecue are exclusively for your use. Parc du Pilat, Animal Park, Water Sports and Recreation Center, the Vineyards (Côte Rôtie, Condrieu) are all nearby to please everyone.

Les 3 Cèdres – Courtyard Accommodation

The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.
