In a green and relaxing setting, lovers of the countryside will appreciate the charm of this comfortable cottage, located on the edge of the Perche state forest, where there are many monasteries including the Notre Dame de la Trappe abbey. Composed of 2 bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom, a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, on a fenced plot facing south of 1500 m2, our cottage welcomes you to find yourself closer to nature in the calm of the Normandy countryside. Our cottage is located in a small hamlet close to L'Aigle, 1 hr 15 min from the Normandy beaches and 1 hr 30 min from Paris. L'Aigle is served by the Paris/Granville train line. Many sites are to be visited nearby.

L'Eure de Pause is a luxury, fully equipped 80 m² attic apartment that can accommodate up to 8 people. Private access via stairs leading to a large terrace with unobstructed views. Large living area. There are 2 separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a large double bed, and the other has a large double bed and 2 single beds. There is an additional toilet. We are located in a small, quiet village, which is why noisy parties are not allowed. We have pets.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
