It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a three-seater sofa, and one with a semi-double bed, one more extra single bed, and a desk. The view from the balcony of the house to the White Mountains and the sea is magnificent. The apartment is located very close to the beach of Nea Chora.

The luxurious Afeidia residence consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed and a 55'' TV with international channels and A/C as well as a bathroom. There are two bedrooms with A/C and 32'' TV, one of which has a private bathroom and is equipped with Coco-mat double beds. It has a heated pool with a hot tub, a gym, a sauna, a washer-dryer and a BBQ. All areas have free Wi-Fi.

The owners live in the same building, 1.1 km from the beach (Nea Chora), 1,4 km from the Old Harbor - 20 min walking, 1 km from the bus station (10-15 min walking).Outside the apartment there is a small outdoor gym that you can use.
