Mahi is a great host & keeps her place very clean 🧼 I would recommend to anyone considering booking as the view is great & there is lots to do in the surrounding area!

Very comfortable and clean space. It's bit confusing the instructions but give it time and slowly navigate helps out a lot. Everything was perfect.

Def a 20 min walk to Universal. It is def not handicap accessible. Although it is on the first floor, there are steps everywhere. Cleaners were already there at 10am sharp, waiting for us to leave(check out is 10). We arrived early & asked for an hour early check-in, could only get in half hr early bc cleaners were still cleaning- which was fine. One could only hope! She does have a camera at the front door- so it appears to record everytime there's motion or anyone who comes and goes. No shoes in the house and no food on the sofa rule- fine by me if that was my place too! She only has 1 tv in the living room, none in the bedrooms. So if you plan on casting, there's only 1 tv to do so. We would def stay here again if we were to do Universal again.

Very kind and responded quickly, was flexible with our checkout time so we could stay a little longer as our flight was late. The apartment was very well stocked on amenities and the next time we visit we would love to stay again!

Great place to stay when you’re on the island, quiet, guarded entrance for the locals in Hamilton Cove only, that’s a big plus for me. I would recommend staying here. We will be back this summer. Thanks Blake!

The place was amazing—definitely worth it. The view was incredible, and I enjoyed every moment. The golf cart was a big help. Be careful on the wet stairs—I slipped on them! Lol 100%recommend this place. Other think!one taxi cost go there $20 other taxi cost only $2 per person. Enjoy!!!! Thank you so much to help me with the flowers arrangements.

If you are looking for a place close to UCLA this place is perfect. Trader Joe’s and Target right around the corner. Although the location is centrally located in bustling Westwood, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Looks just like the photos. The hosts were very communicative, helpful and flexible. I will definitely be staying here again.

Suneetha's place is in the perfect location! We enjoyed daily walks down to the pier to enjoy the sunset, went whale watching, and drove to several beach destinations on the coast, all within 30min to an hour. Her condo is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the ocean and birds from the balcony. In unit laundry was great and we enjoyed using the facilities including the gym and swimming in the heated pool! Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Raymond was a very accommodating host! The place is perfectly centered in downtown Long Beach. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to be close to everything! :)

It was a beautiful unit. The view was fantastic. My husband and I loved the area. We went during the off season so it was pretty quiet on the property. We loved that the rental came with the use of the golf cart because that is the only way to get around town and much cheaper than the taxi rides. We felt right at home with just about all the amenities we needed to cook for ourselves and have a relaxing time. The balcony situation may seem strange to some because the balconies overlooking the ocean are connected and there is a staircase on one side that leads to the lower areas of the building. But there is a barrier created to close off access to other balconies so it makes it more private and we didn't really feel unsafe. There is a second smaller balcony on the side of the unit that is completely private. We really enjoyed our time and will definitely return to the same unit.

This is one of the top places I’ve ever stayed! It’s beautifully located, easy to find, and Trevor’s instructions were so helpful! The description and photos matched exactly, and the golf cart for the entirety of your stay is SUCH a plus since you can only rent for a couple hours on the island. Trevor was so flexible, responsive, and I greatly appreciated that as a first-time visitor. Can’t recommend enough and really hope to be back soon!!

Really great location. The home is really nice and spacious. The pool was great and everything is pretty quiet neighborhood. Just know you’re in the hills so be prepared to walk up a few flights of stairs. The hosts were amazing as well. I will be staying here for other LA trips in the future.

We loved our stay at the Magical Treehouse. Our family was displaced by the Eaton fire and we needed a private, peaceful place to bring home our new baby boy, and I was so happy to have booked Brian's place. The house is comfy and well-stocked, the neighborhood is super walkable with friendly neighbors, and the view is absolutely unreal. We're also close to a bunch of great LA neighbors and some really restaurants and coffee shops. Brian was responsive and friendly, too.

We had a wonderful stay! So many nice touches, a clean and cozy home and backyard. Many hiking trails, beaches and easy access to downtown. Enough space for a family of 5 and a dog. Just a really great experience, we will definitely be coming back!

Alison and Brad’s place is an architectural and design masterpiece. A warm and comfortable home, with every possible amenity. Surrounded by lovely, expansive gardens, and astounding views, plus an amazing pool and hot tub, this is the ideal retreat! The hosts are extremely thoughtful and caring and made sure our stay was perfect. Highly recommended!

It's a beautiful home with all the amenities for a weekend stay. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. It made cooking easy and fun. We used the firepit, sauna and spent time in the outdoor area. It's a wonderful home on a private and walkable street. Todd was an excellent host and easy to reach when we had questions. Thank you for your hospitality. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Nima's place is spacious and beautiful with thoughtful design touches throughout. The master bedroom is huge with a door to the back patio and includes a sauna which was a fun bonus. Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxing and dining. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for a girl's weekend away. Highly recommended!
