Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

Relax in this quiet and stylish place. Small Champagne-style house, located close to the historic city center of Troyes, the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, vineyards and factory stores. On the ground floor, you have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and TV lounge area. On the same level, you have a bedroom, shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two open-plan sleeping areas and an office. Pets not allowed.

Upstairs, a bathroom, two large spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and 2 single beds, the other with 1 double bed. Outside, a terrace and a garden for you to relax in, not overlooked.

Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
