The Orchard House

Cubic house for 5 people (maximum) in the middle of the orchard of a former hunting lodge located in the heart of nature 3 km from the village of Brinon-sur-Sauldre, typical village of the Sologne. Another cottage for 9/10 people on the property (Villa Bois Chaumont Cottage). You will be staying close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley, Beauval Zoo. You will also discover the vineyards of Sancerre, Menetou Salon, Quincy… Many activities nearby. Hiking trails, canoeing, horseback riding…

Chalet in the heart of Sologne.

In a Sologne village, renovated in 2015, 2 rooms (40 m²). Located on our fenced property, separate entrance. Linens and hand towels provided. Baby equipment available on request. Hiking trails nearby. Close to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley. 15 min. from Lamotte-Beuvron Equestrian Park (FFE). Reservation desired for the full period as part of the championships. Karine, Fabrice, and Lola (14 years old) welcome you all year round in their 27 m² cottage, completely renovated in the fall of 2018. In a cul-de-sac near the Sauldre, a stone's throw from the village, this small independent farmhouse will be a very pleasant place to stay for a couple, a family with children, friends traveling together or for one or more professionals on a mission in the region. "Chez Santia" is ideal for 2 people but possible for 4.

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet and wooded environment, at the Annex, our fully equipped and comfortable wooden accommodation. It is independent of our main residence and ideally located in Lamotte Beuvron just minutes from the Federal Horseback Riding Park, Center Parcs and the city center with its restaurants and shops. In our region, you can also discover iconic places such as the Château de Chambord, Cheverny or the Beauval Zoo.

We are delighted to welcome you to the independent 40 m² apartment located on the first floor of a Sologne house. It was completely renovated in 2024, keeping its old-fashioned charm and modern comforts. Its position in the center of the village will allow you to quickly access all the amenities (bakery, pharmacy, church, bar, tobacco, supermarket) as well as the forest, river, pond, equestrian club, hiking trails and bike.
