The Pepper Pot Cottage at Rushop Hall

Nestling in the fabulous Peak District National Park, The Pepper Pot is tiny but perfect. It is the smallest cottage in the grounds of Rushop Hall but still manages to include a small fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle along with a large, modern shower room and toilet on the lower floor. Upstairs The Pepper Pot has a snug double bedroom complete with wood burning stove and views out towards the stable yard. Free off road parking is provided. Breakfast in The No Car Cafe is an optional extra.

The local town of Chapel -en-le-Frith and the surrounding villages of Hayfield and Chinley plus supermarkets are a short drive.

The Tower

The Tower is the perfect romantic high-end getaway for couples who want to get away from it all in a secluded location and fancy just something different. The Tower has recently been converted for use as a holiday let which was previously an unused ancillary building adjacent to The Water Works, an old water treatment plant near Bolsover, converted to domestic use in 2002 and featured on the Channel 4 programme Grand Designs. Our location is a great base for exploring the High Peak, we are just on the edge of Chapel-en-le-Frith with shops, bars and coffee shops just 5-10 mins walk. Also on our doorstep are walks to Eccles pike (30 min walk) with stunning views of the local area. We offer a great base for attractions in Buxton, Castleton, Bakewell and Manchester City centre.

Our studio has been a complete labour of love and now we're finally ready to share this beautiful little spot. You can wake up and hike until your hearts content, take in the sights in town and end your day reclining on the sofa with a cosy pellet burner. We have ample parking, private entrance, walking distance (1.2miles) to town (bars & restaurants), bus stop to Buxton / Macclesfield. Wifi, Sky TV,Netflix. A number of walks are accessible directly from the cottage. Hayfield village and Kinder Scout are 5-10 minutes drive away, Mam Tor slightly further. Close to Chinley train station (10 minutes walk) Welcome pack provided, including food basics and wine. Dogs welcome (upto 2) Fully enclosed back garden.
