Monthly Rentals in Chapman's Peak

We rented Jonathan’s house for our family holiday. It was the best choice that we made during our trip. The house is just as good as described, if not better. The garden is beautiful, the view breathtaking, the house in general and the kitchen very well kitted. The decoration is amazing. These people got taste ! Big plus for the hot tub in the garden, as well as the hammoc at the top « hidden » location. I am an 35 years old architect, and this house is my goal in life. Thank you Jonathan and Ilze for everything.

The cottage was perfect for a couple of quiet days right outside of bustling Cape Town. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance (no problem during the day) and only 20min to beautiful Noordhook Beach. Accessible by Uber but more easily by car. Luca and Lisa were wonderful hosts and easy to communicate with, the cottage nicely decorated and cosy with all ammenities you need. I would always come back :)

What a privilege to be able to stay in this very special place. It is spacious, private and absolutely beautiful. The views would be hard to beat anywhere in the world. The layout of the house is perfect and the linen and finishes all high quality. We were here in late summer and the house was the perfect beach escape. You can walk to the beach and to the Red Herring centre which has fantastic restaurants. There is so much to do in Noordhoek and Cape Town. The house might be a little cold in mid winter due to its position on the mountain and open plan nature.
