As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. Many outdoor activities await you, skiing, downhill mountain biking in the surrounding resorts, paragliding, tree climbing, horseback riding or even a little pedal boat ride. Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.
