Charming little wooden house, in the best location.

My little quirky wooden house, will allow you to calm down - Relax in this unique and cozy home. You will have Dyrehaven, Bellevue beach and Klampenborg station within a few minutes walking distance - and thus be in the center of Copenhagen with all its art museums and temptations in 15 minutes with the Kystbanetoget. My lush garden and lovely wooden terrace are ideal for quiet moments and various coziness with or without the shade of the awning. Furthermore, my house, lots of older cozy decor + wooden terrace also on the 1st floor.

Full kitchen - two ovens, quooker, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer & kettle. Towels and bed linen included. Outside: Terrace with barbecue and lounge set. Trampoline, climbing frame and goal. Ground floor of a 2-storey cozy villa, close to public transport and 10 min walk from the beach. Situated in a beautiful quiet area of Hellerup 6 km from Copenhagen centre. The S-train is 5 min walk away and will take you down town Copenhagen in 10 min. The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street and a covered parking space in the driveway.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

Unique beach-house

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom house. Located only a few minutes drive away from a sandy beach, Bellevue, and the charming harbour of Skovshoved. The train station is a 5 min walk and Copenhagen can be reached by train in 10 minutes. This house is a charming gem with an original and very private old garden sprawled with various apple trees, fig -and cherry trees reaching out over the independant garden house' wooden deck and terrace .
