It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS HEATED POOL from May 1st to September 30th 1 hour from the Ardèche or Vercors gorges. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
