Campus of Kerlann in 3 minutes and in the city center of Rennes in 8 minutes without using your car. Bus stop is 200m away. We cannot accept a baby extra charge.

The little house in the jungle

We provide our guest house that we have fully furnished. We lived for 1 year in this small 60 m2 house while the main house, which dates from 1907, was being renovated. We love plants and have arranged the garden space of plants inviting you to travel. A small city pool with a wooden terrace will await you on sunny days. The small house is very pleasant to stay in and opens onto a small brick terrace with views of tropical vegetation.

Studio Bruz in a very quiet area, independent entrance from our house. Well insulated. It has a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher. Laundromat 2 minutes away. Close to the exhibition center, Ker Lann campus, airport, Porte Alma (). Parking. Direct access to the countryside.
