You will have full access to the premises and will find all possible comforts, including secure parking in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people in a quiet residence, the accommodation is 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

Fully equipped studio of 21 m2 in a luxury residence with swimming pool open at the end of May and closed in October depending on the weather. A free secure parking space is included. An independent entrance allows you to arrive late in the evening. At the foot of the tram, 15 min from the city centre of Bordeaux. Close to a supermarket open every day until midnight. 1 km from the Pellegrin hospital and 5 km from the ring road. Ideal for couples with children, solos or business travellers.
