The cottage is located between two hamlets on the edge of a small lake, ten minutes walk from the Chassezac river and the Bois de Païolive, the starting point for many hikes, mountain biking trails, canoeing down the Chassezac gorges possible. , numerous cliffs equipped for sport climbing within a radius of one kilometer.

Nestled in a green setting, the apartment is part of a building renovated in its original vintage style. It overlooks Lake Villefort with panoramic views of the lake, Mont Lozère and the Cévennes National Park. The accommodation is on one level, with access to the private garden of Clos du Lac, peaceful and wooded, on a terrace facing the lake. Walking distance: lake tour promenade, beach and restaurant (150 m), nautical base (600 m), Régordane long-distance hiking trail (GR 700).
