Ideal for hikes, swimming in the rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage( swimming pool, barbecue, large games room,...). Only in summer, an outbuilding (room+W.C/sdb) will allow possible isolation for couple.

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from 31 March to 01 November) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. On foot you will find all amenities , and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned a Type 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Station is available on site.

Our former 3-star silk factory is located at the crossroads of the Cévennes and Ardèche regional parks, close to rivers and character villages. Vallon Pont d'Arc and its cave are 30 minutes away.
