Quiet house located in a typical pedestrian cul-de-sac of the Sablais habitat, in the historic district of La Chaume, 2 min walk to Port Olona, starting point of the Vendée Globe. You can do everything on foot. 5 min from a supermarket, 8 min from the Quai de la Chaume market at the foot of the Tour d'Arundel where you will find fishmongers, seafood, early season produce, bakery, butcher etc. 3 min from the "Passeur" boat-bus to reach the pedestrian city center, the fishing port and the beach.

Studio with independent entrance in house, ideally located, 1 km from the beaches and close to shops. The studio consists of a living room/kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed, (you can't stand up) and a bathroom, opens onto a terrace for outdoor dining. I live in the main house with my 2 daughters, and there is another place to rent on the ground floor of the house. Outdoor shower (return from the beach).
