Independent 30 m2 outbuilding on the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs. Close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, forest and lake, casino, Thalasso, zoo, aqualudic pool. Beach 1 km away (15-minute walk). Les Sables city center 2.8 km away. Everything is accessible on foot, but the best way to get around is by bike (self-service electric bike terminals).
