La Maison de la Marcellière is located a 5-min walk to Lake Tanchet and a 10-min walk to Tanchet Beach. Upstairs: one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one bathroom, toilet. A garden and terrace surround the house. Cleaning must be done at the end of the stay (otherwise 30 euro fee)

Independent 30 m2 outbuilding on the ground floor of our house. We live upstairs. Close to all amenities: shops, restaurants, forest and lake, casino, Thalasso, zoo, aqualudic pool. Beach 1 km away (15-minute walk). Les Sables city center 2.8 km away. Everything is accessible on foot, but the best way to get around is by bike (self-service electric bike terminals).
