Independent guest room with bathroom.

Room in a private home, 7 minutes from the Arena, 200 m from all shops, (bakery, grocery store, tobacco bar, pizzeria, restaurant, pharmacy), 300 m from the marshes for walks, 4 km from the sea, 9 km from Les Sables d'Olonne. The bedroom includes a sleeping area, a bathroom with private toilet and shower, a sitting area with desk, kettle and mugs for tea break. Separate entrance, small terrace with table and chairs, and sun loungers, dishes available if necessary.

Room per night, 10 minutes from Les Sables.

We offer for rent our spare room in our main residence in La Billonniere, a place called at the exit of Château d 'Olonne. (place says quiet and off-center) We are 8/10 minutes from the center of Les Sables and 3 minutes from the L'Etablierere estate. Separate entrance, attached toilet and the bathroom is not attached. The bedding is from April 2025. Furniture to store your belongings TV for dvd player only. We have 2 boys who will soon be 6 and 13 years old

Located in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, close to the city center or the Esplanade de la Mer, the gîte Aux Petits Bonheurs, fully equipped with a living room and kitchen, offers a well-exposed terrace with a heated pool from May 1 to September 30. We live in a large house located in the countryside on a farm 10 km from the sea. We have a bedroom to offer you upstairs, with a double bed (possibility of having a baby bed in the same room on request). You will have a private bathroom as well as a separate and also private toilet. In addition, you will have a desk area with TV and documentation. You will not be able to dine or cook your own meals there.
