In 5 minutes you can find: a bakery, 2 grocery stores, a merceria, a bar-tabacchi-edicola, a pizzeria and the "Cotta Morandini" ice palaghi.

Appartement avec vue magnifique et 20 mètre du nouveau télémix « le Diable », et à côté le guichet pour récupérer le ski pass. Parking de copropriété fermé. Grand Balcon plein sud avec le soleil du matin au soir comme le bâtiment est haut et sans vis à vis. À côté le centre et au calme. This 40 m2 mini house (34m2 + mezzanine) is located in Eygliers village, perfect for exploring different ski stations within 30 min drive: Risoul, Vars, Ceillac, Arvieux, Puy Saint Vincent, Pelvoux, Crevoux, Les Orres... It's also a good base for the ski touring in Queyras and Les Ecrins. It's situated in the quite, upper part of the village, giving you amazing views over the mountains. It has an outdoor patio, place to park your car and good internet connection.

Situated on the edge of the Serre Chevalier valley, on the outskirts of Villar Saint Pancrace, this wonderful apartment has a view of the Prorel, Briançon and mountains to the south. Your home away from home for skiing in the winter, walks and mountain adventures in the summer, it is close to the routes to the Fort de la Croix de Bretagne and Lac d'Orcyrette, yet only 5 minutes drive from the supermarket, Prorel ski lift and Briançon town centre.
