A pond populated with fish brings a touch of freshness and poetry to the setting. This peaceful haven can be discovered and enjoyed all year round.

Nice studio in the countryside

The 30 m2 studio is located under the vaults of the old bread oven of our house. The living room consists of a small kitchen equipped with the essentials, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed; at the bottom of the vaults hides a small independent bathroom. Isolated in the countryside at the foot of the mountains, the private terrace will offer you a beautiful view of the Durance Valley. Ideal for relaxing, you can also enjoy on-site walking trails and the climbing site.

Our cottage is quietly located in a private garden. Its 30 m2 terrace will allow you to enjoy panoramic views. Free parking. We have taken special care with the amenities and decoration for a cocooning atmosphere. 5 minutes' walk from the center of Guillestre you will find: all shops, cinema, restaurants, supermarket. At the gates of Queyras, Vars, Risoul, and Embrunais, its geographical location will give you access to an unlimited playground in summer and winter.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the cities, enjoy the great outdoors, nature, calm and its southern exposure, to spend a pleasant week. Arnaud and Laura will be happy to host you in this beautiful fully equipped 40 m2 apartment with its south-facing terrace at 1300 m altitude.

Charming independent studio with grassy terrace, equipped for 2 people (sheets and towels provided) and located at 1040 m altitude in the village of Piégut (15 minutes from Tallard). The old house, restored in an ecological and authentic spirit, enjoys a pleasant environment and beautiful views of the mountains. Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

Le Balcon du Champsaur: the Autane gîte

The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.
