Il se situe dans le centre ville de Châteaubriant, à 5 minutes à pied de la mairie et de l’étang de Choisel, 10 minutes à pied du château et proche des voies vertes (régalante). Malgré la proximité du centre ville , la rue est très peu passante et très calme. Vous disposerez d'un parking privé devant le studio et d'un petit espace extérieur. Possibilité de mettre les vélos en sécurité. Au plaisir de vous rencontrer.
