With an area of approximately 75 m2, you will be completely independent thanks to its many amenities: laundry room with washer and dryer, equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bedrooms each with its own shower, 2 toilets, Wi-Fi and TV.

At the foot of the castle, 15 minutes from Rennes, "La Licorne" is a pretty 40 m2 house, a fully equipped 25 m2 living room-kitchen. Free Wi-Fi. Upstairs, the bedroom: 1 double bed followed by the bathroom, walk-in shower, sink, toilet, washing machine. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room. Quasi-family cul-de-sac, quiet, south-facing on a courtyard (right of way) with small garden furniture. Quick temporary access possible by car during the day, free parking nearby. Arrival 3pm/7pm.

Attention pour information l'escalier est assez pentu.
