Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center. This brand new studio has been delicately furnished and my touch. It's the fiber is installed, good connection! Direct view of the small pool (to share) and the beautiful terrace (private). Even if the train passes nearby, it doesn't bother at all! With the advantages of a small town, everything is nearby, 5 minutes drive from the center and Marques Avenue.. TV channels and netflix!
