tl;dr - Very good property, I recommend it. Jeeja and Arun's stay is fantastic. It is located in a peaceful residential area and has a good view. The interiors are done very thoughtfully and match the photos. The house has a fully functional kitchen. The cleanliness is also very good. The caretaker Shameera and her son Aashiq are very sweet and they helped us with anything we mentioned to them. Shameera cooks very good food and the rate card for it is also reasonable. The host Arun was always available on call/text even though he does not live on the property. He was very responsive and helped us with any requests we had.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Whether it was arranging local transport or suggesting places to eat, their hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a peaceful and scenic retreat with the beach just across the road, this place is a hidden gem. Highly recommended – I’d definitely love to return!
