Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

Rustic forge with spa & nature – Morvan

À 20 min des Grands Lacs, séjournez dans une ancienne forge au charme rustique, entourée de nature et d’animaux. Grande chambre parentale (35 m²) avec salle d’eau et WC privatifs. Espace détente avec sauna, jacuzzi et rameur. En option, chambre dans un ancien grenier à foin (2 pers.) avec douche et WC. (No kitchenette) mais 2 Plaques électriques et BBQ gaz à dispo. avec casseroles, poêles, assiettes … Randonnées au départ de la maison, jeux (boules, ping-pong, badminton) et location de vélos.

Saperlipopette Maisonette

This simple but cozy gîte is located in the heart of the Morvan, where you are surrounded by nature. From the garden, you can look out over the valley with a varied panorama of forests, hedges and meadows. In the nearby village (2 min.) there is a bakery where you can get delicious fresh bread and 5 minutes away is Lac de Pannecière, where you can swim, fish, canoe and paddle board. Hikers and (trained) cyclists can indulge themselves with the many routes in the immediate vicinity.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Unusual barrel room

The barrel is an unusual accommodation located in a garden adjoining a stopover lodge. Cocooning is guaranteed in this 12 m² barrel where all the comforts are present (heating, electricity, table, benches). The bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) is located in a building close to the barrels. Sun loungers and garden furniture allow you to enjoy the garden. The infrastructure of the stopover cottage can be used. Breakfast is offered at €10/person and can be booked upon arrival.

Gîte de l'orée du bois (Wood's Edge Cottage)

Cottage in the town of Montapas, at the gates of Morvan. At the edge of two ponds (swimming with MNS and fishing), you can enjoy the calm of the countryside. Nature, hiking and cycling lovers will thrive. Nearby, Chatillon-en-Bazois will welcome you for its shops and its castle surrounded by the Nivernais Canal. 30 minutes from Morvan, with its lakes and rivers. For food lovers, you can visit the cellars of the Loire Valley in 45 minutes (Sancerre/Pouilly).

Old farmhouse gîte "La Chevêche"

Newly restored independent farmhouse surrounded by a fenced outdoor garden. * Outdoor amenities: - a 50 m² terrace, - garden furniture, - a table (10 people), - a pergola, - a barbecue/grill, - aromatic plants. * Interior amenities: - a large living/dining room, - a library area that can be converted into a bedroom, - an equipped kitchen - two bedrooms, - a bathroom (shower + bathtub), - a separate toilet. Pets allowed under certain conditions.

The Goldfinch's Nest

The Goldfinch's nest is conveniently located near the Baye and Vaux Ponds (500 m walk) and the Nivernais Canal. It is also in close proximity to multiple outdoor activities. Small view of the pond. At the gates of Morvan and many tourist sites (medieval site of Guédelon, Vézelay, the vineyards of Tannay and Pouilly, archaeological site of Compierre...) this accommodation will make a good base to discover the region. Perfect for nature lovers!

Peaceful and quiet oasis in the Morvan

Beautiful rustic house, with 1ha of land, a pond (very often dry) many trees. 7 bedrooms, ideal for a small family or a group like several families or for wellness seminars (poor wifi and 4G connection). We no longer accept parties and birthdays between adults, it disturbs the neighborhood too much. Haven of calm and nature. Places of rejuvenation, creation, but also conducive to exchanges. Respect for the quiet of the hamlet is requested.

Cozy cottage by the water

Come and relax in our waterfront home. Very quiet setting near the Merle, Baye and Vaux ponds as well as the Canal du Nivernais and the Morvan Regional Park where all kinds of activities are available to you such as fishing, water sports, swimming, hiking or biking. The proximity of the Pond means we do not recommend this rental for families with young children. Please note, we do not provide linens (sheets, towels...).

Bright Tiny House

Geniet van het licht door de grote ramen. Het huis biedt een moment van rust. Met een wandeling door de bossen en de velden van de Morvan, en de weldaad van het meer van Pannecière. Bezoek Bibracte en het museum van Vercingétorix, de toppen van de Haut Folin, en de bronnen van de Yonne. De gasten dragen zorg voor het huis, nemen eigen beddengoed mee en doen zelf de schoonmaak. Small house near Morvan

Small pleasant house with great views and large terrace in small Bourguignon village, 30 minutes from Vézelay and 45 minutes from Nevers. Relaxing setting, many walking paths. Shops 2 km away. Note that the accommodation is located upstairs and does not have land but has a pleasant and spacious terrace.
