Pretty little apartment under slope on the 2nd floor in a town house with garden, including a kitchenette, a sitting area, a bedroom with bathroom and toilet, sitting area, office , 33 m2, my son with his wife lived there 2 and a half years without me crossing them too much ( same entrance), they were happy.
