Renovated with taste and passion, the owners have preserved the exposed stone for its restoration and used wood and metal that gives the whole a harmonious mixture of rusticity, modernism & comfort. Located in the center of Chaudes-Aigues, shops nearby, 300 m from Caleden thermal and thermal resort with the warmest waters, restaurants, municipal swimming pool, Casino, tree climbing... House comprising: an equipped kitchen, dining room and toilet. 1st floor: living room, bathroom with toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Located in a wooded park of 3000 square meters in the heart of the small spa town of Chaudes Aigues, you are a stone's throw from the city center and all the shops while enjoying the calm and tranquility of the park. The pavilion is bordered by a small stream that will cool you down on hot summer days and whose sound will soothe you.

A peaceful oasis in the woods

Charming little house in an old hamlet of which there are only two houses left (our house and the cottage) supplied by an ancestral spring located in a green area. Clinging to the side of a wooded valley at the bottom of which winds a trout river that descends from Aubrac to flow into the Lot. It is a haven of tranquility at 600 meters above sea level between the Aubrac plateau and the Causses. Ideal for nature lovers. The nearest neighbors are 2 km away!

The accommodation is located on the farm, in a farm of Aubrac and Chevaux d 'Auvergne cows. It is set up in the family home but is completely independent. 10 minutes away you find the Aubrac plateau, its landscapes, hikes and gastronomic and artisanal specialties, in the north you can go to the Monts du Cantal and discover the spaces of the mountains. Close to the accommodation, the thermal resorts offer you a moment of well-being in the mountains.

Fully equipped kitchen, fireplace with insert, seating area in a vault with TV. 2 bedrooms queen size bed, possibility to add a bed 90, cot. Bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, separate toilet. The buron is located 400 m from the road, accessible by car.

Keep it simple at this peaceful place The accommodation includes a separate entrance to a house that gives you access to a bedroom, bathroom and sports area. In the bedroom you have a dining area and the possibility to heat your dishes thanks to the microwave and cutlery. However, there is no equipped kitchen or water point apart from the bathroom.
