Accommodation with view, garden, breakfast basket

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Inside the national park, renovated village house

Nichée dans un petit village tranquille, notre maison est située en plein coeur du Parc National des Forêts. Quiétude, visites de sites naturels et patrimoniaux (parc, lacs, abbayes, centre d'art contemporain... ). Cette vaste maison de 200m2 rénovée avec tous les équipements nécessaires, vous permettra de vous retrouver en famille ou entre amis. En automne et en hiver, profitez d'un feu de cheminée. Jardin sans vis à vis (grange inoccupée) à l'arrière de la maison.

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Your 34 square metre, single-storey accommodation will be private on the ground floor, with adjoining terrace. Very quiet and cool place in summer, on the ground floor. Sleeping area with double bed, a beautiful shower room, a functional and fully equipped kitchen and finally a TV lounge with a sofa bed. Not to mention a privately owned outdoor area.
