Private independent studio in my house

Come and enjoy a small brand new studio in my house. This one is suitable for business travel, or to come and discover the region. Located in a quiet area, with Nantes and St Nazaire about 35 minutes away. The nearest beaches are 7km away and Pornic is 10 minutes away. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the small accuracy that the bathroom/wc is small (under stairs) and without a sink. Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
