On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. We're in a country setting. At your disposal for any questions

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. The park allows access to leisure for all (games available). Accommodation designed to accommodate people with limited mobility (turning areas, doors, thresholds). Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€70).

Very quiet, large wooded garden, nice setting.
