1.5 hours from Paris, in the heart of the Loire Valley castles, 2 steps from the forest and the Loire Valley bike paths, 5 minutes from the natural swimming area of Mont-près-Chambord and its shops (bakery, tobacconist, Intermarché, gas station), a little holiday atmosphere for this old house furnished in a contemporary way where you can enjoy in summer a private terrace with pool (open from May 30 to September 15) and in winter relax by a fireplace.

Sologne of the "Bontens" ponds

Adjacent to our main house, this small house, typically Solognote, has been renovated by us. Its entrance is protected by a veranda. It consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. The entrance to the house on the street is independent of ours, a private garage is available. Dog accepted, clean, (12 kg max), on request, subject to conditions, only one pet allowed.

Located 20 minutes from Chambord and Lamotte-Beuvron, home of the Tarte Tatin, the half-timbered outbuilding is located in a 5-hectare park overlooking one of the ponds, itself included in a vast estate. Hikes from the cottage. Adult bikes are available with participation. Villeny is the perfect place to watch and experience the deer rut
