Close proximity to Sancerre ( 10 minutes by car) Two wine domaine’s within walking distance for degustation. You have your own apartment space located in a grand old home from the 1800’s that was once a bar-hotel. You also have shared garden space to relax. This is a new listing for me here so continually trying to improve any guests stay.

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Welcome to our new home located at "Clos Mylodro", 3 min from the private hospital De Varye (10 min by foot) and 10 min by car from Gare de Bourges. I'm happy to start hosting again! Here is our charming and comfortable apartment, independent of our private house, that can accommodate four people (+ a baby), with covered terrace, garden furniture and private parking (large utility ok).
