This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. It has 2 bedrooms, a living room kitchen of 36 square meters and one bathroom with shower. It has a 10m x 4m swimming pool (heated from 15 April to the end of September) and a jacuzzi (heated all year round). It is located on a 5000m plot of land. We are 4km from the expo park and 4.2km from ker lann ,4.5km from the airport and 9km from the center of Rennes . Rennes -Lorient expressway 2 km away. 3 Golf about 5km away.

Quiet environment: the accommodation is located in a private cul-de-sac. Warning: - The screen visible in the photos is a simple screen for connecting your computer via HDMI. So there's no TV. - The living room/bedroom window has no shutter, only 1 blackout blind. We look forward to welcoming you!
