A lovely, renovated chalet, about 25 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 15 minutes from the first beaches, 15 minutes from Villedieu (a historic copper village and bell foundry), and 5 minutes from Avranches and shops. Facilities: small bathroom with toilet, separate sleeping area with 140 x 200 bed, sofa bed in the living room, fully equipped kitchenette, private terrace with barbecue and access to the pool heated to 28°C from May to September, parking on site. No Wi-Fi.

Located on the ground floor, with a totally independent entrance and access to the garden equipped with a picnic table by a pond.
