Breakfast provided the first day includes fresh fruit, a half dozen eggs, and muffins, coffee and tea.

Built in 2020 this 1,300 square foot home is on 1.5 acres of a beautiful deep wooded lot. Open spacious combination great room with vaulted ceilings. Covered front porch as well as a treetop deck out back for sunset and sunrise celebrations! Wonderfully private and quiet while just 15 minutes to I-40. We would love to have you come and visit!

This home is located in the side of a rustic 1950's barn. Large kitchen-dining room, patio, and a screened porch are some of the best features. Acres of pasture to roam too! Fire pit, wood and charcoal grill. Check in 3-8pm-no late check in. No pets. Metropolitan Nashville Short Term Rental Permit # 500803. We do not rent to locals. This is a pet-free home and ESAs don't fall into AIrbnb's service animal policy or the ADA's policy in this rental.
