Han sido unas vacaciones maravillosas: el sitio es perfecto para descansar, y las fotos no le hacen justicia. La propiedad se compone de cuatro casas, una común (con billar, cinta andadora, etc.) y varias zonas de descanso alrededor de la piscina, limpia y de buen tamaño, así como un estanque lleno de peces. En la zona hay varios pueblos con supermercados y buenos restaurantes; Évora se encuentra a 40 minutos. Es un lugar perfecto para conocer el Alentejo y pasar el día por ejemplo en Lisboa o Évora. Los propietarios, Mathieu y Martha, son absolutamente encantadores, atentos, educados y respetuosos. Han estado pendientes de nuestras necesidades sin resultar invasivos. Estamos seguros de que vamos repetir, y lo recomendamos fervientemente a todo el mundo.

Zeer ruime woning met aangename terrasjes en een heerlijk zwembad. Carlos en zijn vrouw ontvingen ons met open armen! Ze waren heel vriendelijk en heel flexibel met in- en uitchecken. Een absolute aanrader!

Magnifique séjour en famille dans un lieu très paisible. Les logements très spacieux autour de la piscine invitent au repos. L’hôte est très attentif et le petit déjeuner servi au buffet très agréable. Possibilité de tennis et billard pour les ados et chouette carte de plats livrés directement pas chers. Desde o primeiro contacto, ainda sem efetuarmos a reserva, que sentimos ser este o espaço escolhido para um fim de semana de Páscoa fantástico. Desde que efetuamos a reserva até ao dia de chegada ao local, que fomos sempre esclarecidos de todas as dúvidas. Ao chegarmos ao local ficámos logo maravilhados. Que espaço fantástico, muito bem decorado muito bem aproveitado. 4 quartos muito bons para a privacidade necessária para 4 casais, 2 casas de banho uma delas com 3 duches e 2 sanitas a outra onde temos mais uma sanita e mais um duche, apenas um conselho na casa de banhoncom 3 duches acho que uma porta que feche mesmo era o mais indicado para a privacidade que às vezes necessitamos. A cozinha com muita loiça à disposição e equipada com tudo o que necessitamos, a piscina com vista infinita é maravilhosa. o alpender com uma bela churrasqueira e forno a lenha. A casa é sem duvida nenhuma uma MARAVILHA. Assim que puder e que haja disponibilidade vou repetir. Éramos 14 e todos amámos.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht aufs Tal. Schafe, Ziegen, Hunde, ein Pferd und eine Menge Sittiche sind die Nachbarn. Sehr ländlich, am Morgen hört man erst die Hähne vom Dorf, dann die Hunde, dann die Glocken der Schafe und Ziegen - sehr idyllisch. Das Haus ist grosszügig, liebevoll eingerichtet und duftet herrlich. Der Garten ist sehr gross, viele Sitz-Möglichkeiten, besonders schön ist die freistehende Lounge. Viele schöne Pflanzen, alles sehr gepflegt und überall solarbetriebene Lampen und Lämpchen, die am Abend eine heimelige Stimmung verbreiten. Ein Grossteil des Gartens ist trockenes Gras/Staub, aber das ist nach dem Sommer hier überall so und stört nicht. Lúcia und Carla (Tochter) haben uns persönlich begrüsst und waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns auch das (einzige) Dorfrestaurant empfohlen - wir waren zweimal da und es war wirklich sehr gut, günstig und herzlich. (Man kann prima Fussball schauen mit den Einheimischen! ) Viele Attraktionen des Alentejo sind nahe.

The place was great. The host was awesome! Very cool interior with brick. Location was excellent with views of the castle from the courtyard. Restaurants & square are literally right next to the place (30 second walk). The cave was just a few minutes on foot. Highly recommend this place. One of a kind!

Lovely location! I was extremely happy because the beds were very comfortable. I loved the layout of the place as well. Very close to some awesome restaurants and many other great spots to visit in the area.

La casa tiene una ubicación muy buena cerca de muchas rutas de senderismo y en un paraje encantador, un lugar perfecto para pasar unos días desconectado de la rutina diaria y cumple con todas las expectativas que ofrece en el anuncio.

O espaço da Inês tem um conceito muito particular e pouco visto no airbnb. Estar no Al Sharaz é como estar em nossa casa. O espaço vive e respira! Muito limpo, cheiroso e com todas as utilidades necessárias, principalmente na cozinha. Curiosamente, este fim de semana foi escolhido para ser um verdadeiro desafio gastronómico e não houve nada de utensílios ou pequenos domésticos que nos faltasse em casa da Inês. A decoração é cuidada e glamourosa. A experiência foi muito positiva, vamos regressar com toda a certeza. O que vê nas fotografias é o que vê quando chega ao Al Sharaz.

Staying at Diogo’s near Grândola, Portugal, was incredible. The house is a spacious, classic Alentejo-style home, filled with warm woods, straw accents, and linens, evoking the elegance and comfort of the Sublime Hotel in Comporta. Every detail was thoughtfully curated—luxurious mattresses, mood candles, and flexible lighting created the perfect atmosphere. I haven’t bought the mattress yet, but I’m tempted! Discreet decor added a sophisticated but cozy touch, making it feel both stylish and homely. Practical touches were everywhere, from sun hats to a credenza stocked with beautiful crockery, spices and dry ingredients for a good cook. Despite its proximity to the motorway, the location is serene; you can’t see or hear it, so it never disturbs the tranquility. The garden was beautifully designed. Enjoyed every mornings having This place exceeded every expectation, blending style, comfort, and thoughtful touches for an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Alentejo.

We had a wonderful time at Catarina’s place. The cottage was peaceful and quiet and had all things necessary for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, which we appreciated so much as we enjoyed cooking our meals. The pool was our favourite spot during the day and the huge estate allowed for gorgeous evening walks. We loved having the dogs around and getting some cuddles in. :) We would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a tranquil vacation, and we are hoping to return ourselves as well!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. Claus was the perfect host. The house is probably the most comprehensively furnished we have stayed in (and we've stayed in over 40 rental homes). The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the utensils one could need. The area is very quiet and rural, exactly what we wanted when we made the reservation. The views are wonderful. Great for relaxing with a glass of wine at the end of the day. With that, it was very easy to get around and all the stores that one could want were found in the local town of Reguengos. Don't miss Monsaraz, less than 20 minutes by car. It is spectacular. Overall, don't hesitate to stay here!

Excellent séjour dans cette maison typique de l’Alentejo. La piscine naturelle est un vrai plus dans cette région compte tenu des fortes chaleurs l’été. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Passámos uns dias ótimos no Monte da Oliveira! Os nossos filhos divertiram-se muito na piscina, que é sem dúvida uma mais valia. A casa é honesta e confortável, a sala é espaçosa e a cozinha tem o necessário para preparar as refeições com facilidade. Fizemos as refeições confortavelmente no alpendre, onde passámos bastante tempo. Apreciamos bastante o isolamento e a privacidade da propriedade, apesar de estar apenas a uns minutos do centro de Arcos, onde é possível comprar pão fresco de manhã e também bastante perto de Estremoz, com bons restaurantes para desfrutar as delícias da cozinha Alentejana. Sentimo-nos em casa!

It's an architects country house! Very beautiful, classically designed with architecture's footprints allover the place. Definitely a unique experience to stay in this mid century modern inspired place. Loaded with luxury furniture and lightings, the owners were generous to share his joy of living. The family lives in this house so it's a true local experience. There were 2 very friendly dogs within the land and they took care of us from other wild animals. The land plot was huge and you have hiking trails within the land. Surrounded with pine trees and a nice pool you can definitely stay in the place forever. Thanks for the amazing experience in a Portuguese country house and the time my family spent there was unique!
