BEACH, WATER VIEWS, cosy winter log-fire & Netflix - with a spa bath to soak in! This apartment has aircon for summer and a cosy gas-log fire & blankets for winter. Queen bed in master (open plan, no door) & 2 singles or king bed in 2nd bedroom, plus beautiful styling with luxury linen. My place is not new but full of character & charm in white & blue mediterranean tones. It's your perfect beach spot with a balcony & walking distance to many great restaurants. This lovely studio is attached to our property yet is totally private with its own entrance and parking. Lovely Corner Pantry Cafe is a 5 mins walk, shops a short drive. The space is very clean, quiet and well appointed with a mini kitchen, smart tv, free Wifi, flame effect heater, covered deck with webber bbq and a private area to sit outside under the trees. Continental breakfast provided (in fridge) for your FIRST morning only. Key lock safe on entry. Linen and towels provided. Enjoy!

The beach inspired unit is located in a perfect location with the Mornington peninsula and Frankston beaches easy to get to. The train station is walking distances. Wake up to morning sun and start your day with a walk along the famous Frankston beach. In the afternoon, there is a park 30-second walk away to watch the sunset from one of Melbourne's most secretive viewing spot. Bushwalks, restaurants and shops are a short walk away as well as arts venues.

Garden Bungalow with the Possums

A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome and I do an amazing discount for stays of at least one month. Currently Parkdale Railway line is being upgraded and the trains do not stop in Parkdale. There is however a bus service which stops at the top of our street and runs continuously. New rail line due to open in August.

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
