If you are looking for quiet and calm holiday in front of beach , go for this one, the refreshing breeze from the sea which is just 2 minutes away is so enjoyable. Comfortable wooden village house will also give you a different kind of holiday from the usual stay in hotel . Local food is good and with reasonable price and town is about 8kms from the place. We will definitely stay here should we visit kemaman/ kijal again. Highly recommended .

We had an amazing stay at Kontor Mansion Villa, Kuantan with a group of family members, and it was truly a fantastic experience! The villa was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, providing more than enough room for everyone to relax comfortably. The facilities were excellent, from the well-equipped kitchen to the large living spaces that made it perfect for family gatherings. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering a great space for BBQs and bonding time. The overall ambiance was peaceful and private, making it an ideal getaway for large groups. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were friendly, responsive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Kontor Mansion Villa for big family gatherings or group vacations. We would definitely love to come back!

I always stay around Balok area when I come over to Kuantan. Because my fishing spots are close by at the beach. I also like the nasi dagang here. One of the best in town. Besides, I like to stay in kampung areas, it reminiscents of my younger days in the kampung. The guest house is very comfortable, spacious, with all the amenities working perfectly. It is also convenient for parking and carrying things into the house.

Had booked this unit on very last minute. TBH, this is the cleanest unit i’ve rented. Dim light for each bedroom is a great idea. Coway water filter/purifier is very helpful. Very good location near with many tourist attractions, eateries, groceries , clinics etc. Worth to stay here.
