Exceptional location for this very sunny studio "Sardine argentée" with a surface area of 28m², fully renovated, very well equipped and with fibre optic cables. It is on the garden level in a small and quiet residence located in Surtainville, close to Barneville-Carteret and Flamanville on the West coast of the Cotentin. You will appreciate its immense fine sandy beach, along the path of the Douaniers (GR 223), 100 m from the house and its location on the Route des Caps!

15 minutes from Cherbourg-en-Cotentin, ideally located to go to Flamanville or La Hague. This is a functional and bright accommodation, intended for two people. If you want to be in the countryside but still be able to enjoy downtown Cherbourg, this is the place for you. To eat and organize your stay, shops are close by. Very bright studio.

The studio is on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator access. It has a fitted kitchen, a main room (sofa bed, office space), a bathroom (including a washing machine) and a separate toilet as well as closets for storage. You have a private parking space. The studio is located in a quiet area in the city center, a 10-15 minute walk to Naval Group and the SNCF train station, a 20 minute drive to Orano La Hague and EPR. This studio is non-smoking.

Quiet and dunes

In this seaside resort of Carteret, you will find this lovely apartment for a pleasant stay. It is a 15-minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes by car. The accommodation consists of a living room with kitchen and sitting area overlooking a private garden. A tennis court and a basketball court are available in the residence.
