Near the village of Llanfihangel Glyn Myfyr, Pen Y Banc is reached by driving through part of Clocaenog forest. This eco-friendly, adults only retreat is light and airy, with a super comfy super king bed. Located in a wildflower meadow, with outdoor seating & bbq/firepit. Close to all the adventure and scenery North Wales offers.

Pigs N Blankets

Pigs n Blankets is an old 4 berth caravan situated in a corner of our yard. Fixed double bed and 2 small sofas (would sleep small kids) Fridge, Kettle, Toaster & Microwave. Toilet and Sink and 24hr use of a guest shower room. Please bring your own sleeping bags, towels and torch. We do provide pillows and blankets. We are a 4 minute drive to Alton Towers and close to The Peak District. We have lots of outdoor seating areas, feel free to enjoy. We are semi rural so transport is a advisable

It is minutes away from Wrexham town centre by car, 25 minute drive into Chester or if you fancy a visit to the many sights of Liverpool, it’s only an hour away.

Sitting comfortably, in the wild meadow, above Upper Rectory is our delightful shepherd’s hut, well equipped for your arrival - idyllically located overlooking tranquil pastures and woodland, it, provides a cosy romantic and welcoming retreat, with a traditional wood burner to warm up the evenings. Ideal for walking and cycling, nearby nature reserve is home to 170 species of birds. Please note that WiFi is at best sporadic due to the rural location.
