Welcome to our beautiful house in Chester-le-Street, which is recently refurbished with a brand new bathroom suite and decorated to a high standard, - we have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The large kitchen has all the amenties you'll need including a fridge, freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster and microwave. There is also a dish washer and a washing machine. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and fast internet access in an open plan lounge diner, which also boasts a wood burning stove for those cosy nights around a real fire. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. All 3 bedrooms have a double bed with plenty of storage space for clothing. There is 1 bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is ample parking for several vehicles on the private driveway, with free on street parking also available. The property boasts digital keyless entry to both front door and also bedroom doors (if required). For added security there is a ring doorbell and external CCTV covering the external of the property. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. Situated very close to the town centre and only minutes from the A1(M) the property is ideally located for visiting nearby attractions such as Beamish Museum, the Emirates Durham Cricket Ground, Angel of the North and with transport links (bus/train) running to both Durham and Newcastle city centre. The beautiful North East coast line is only a 20 minute drive away. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There is free parking available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property (ground floor area only) - To prevent potential damage, pets must be crated overnight & must not be left unattended at the property. In the unfortunate event of damage to the property, an invoice will be payable after checkout.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. A delicious continental breakfast will be provided in your rooms. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use. lovely footpaths from the house for keen walkers.
