In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. It is located 22 km from the center of Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and city of art and history, but also from the Wine Route and the city of Beaune. Let's not forget Bèze, 5 minutes away, with its underground cave which is one of the most beautiful villages in France.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

So just bring your bags :) With an area of 55 m², carefully furnished; it is located in a quiet and secure residence, close to all amenities (shops, transport and parking). You can come by car or simply by train: the TRAM from Dijon station to Quetigny takes you in 35 minutes and drops you off 200 m from the apartment.
