Beachfront holiday rentals in Chiaia, Napoli

Very lovely apartment, close to town square with lots of restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this place to stay. Train access into Napoli is only a 15 minute walk away. Very easy!

Great stay at Tiziana's place. Apartment as described. Very clean and welcoming. We did not have the opportunity to meet Tiziana, but always in contact throughout the stay, totally available and attentive to our needs. The apartment is in a very nice area of Naples, a short walk to the sea. The center is easily accessible by public transport or by a good half hour walk. Only small downside, the apartment overlooks a fairly busy street, so you have to expect it to be a little noisy.

Very good stay! The location of the accommodation is close to all the shops, you feel safe in the neighborhood. The host is accommodating and very responsive, I would recommend it.

Great old building apartment on the promenade with gigantic high ceilings and Italian flair. Sea sounds and side views of Capri. This is also where the nightlife district of Spagnioli begins with many small restaurants and shops. Napoli can't be better. Giovanni is always responsive, helpful and organizes everything you want. Thank you very much! We'll be back. Always visit Pompeij with guide, then the ruins begin to speak, impressive. Take the time, better visit twice. The Circumvesuviana bus station is a little difficult to find. Calculate time for this, or better take the train, schedule time to buy a ticket here. The Quartier Vomero is also very nice.

Perfect accommodation comfortable for 3/4 people and the same as described in the photo, it is located in a very central area in Mergellina, nearby there is everything that can be useful and then it is a stone's throw from the seafront. Maria Silvia was kind and available from the first moment for our every need. And if you have any questions, you've always been quick to give us feedback. If I have to return to the surroundings, I'll definitely book here again.

Fantastic location, right on the sea front. Spacious, light apartment that was perfectly clean and well kitted out. Edoardo the host was super quick and responsive to messages, came to meet us for early check-in and even helped us find a great driver for a day trip to Pompeii. Excellent stay - highly recommend

Vincenzo is a very friendly and supportive host! He also organized a comfortable airport shuttle with his friend, this investment saved a lot of time and hassle as I saw the airport bus always very crowded. The apartment is as in the pictures and described. I loved the little balcony with the sea view 😊 There is a small supermarket approx. 7 min to walk, and within 5-10 min walk you have a bunch of restaurants to choose from. One evening I took the chance to eat at Vincenzo`s restaurant (15 min walk) which has its prices but the food was very delicious and worth every Euro! If you like to walk you won’t need public transport to the most common places, otherwise there is a new metro right across the street which currently does not run often, but within a 15 min walk there is a bigger train station. There are several buses running just 2 min away, just be aware that traffic can be heavy depending on the time of the day. The area itself is very nice to walk and it felt always safe.

We had an amazing time at Castle on the Moors with our family. Francesopaolo was a wonderful host. He gave us lots of tips which were helpful due to being in Italy over Easter along with clear instructions on how to get to the coastal Amalfi towns - Positano, Amalfi, Capri and Salerno. We took a number of trips to the neighboring towns. The location is a perfect distance to walk to Minori which has everything you need - coffee shops, restaurants, boat pier, grocery shopping and the beach. We also took a cooking class at Sotto i Limoni. We added the lemon grove tour and loved it. The experience was a highlight for our family and would recommend the class. We made a local pasta dish, Ndunderi, along with eggplant parmesan and tiramisu. We would have loved to have taken the pizza class as well. The home was a perfect place to enjoy the Amalfi coast sunshine and the terrace view was beautiful. Would highly recommend a stay with Francesopaolo!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

I had the absolute best stay at Luca & Paola’s place. It’s a beautiful mosaic art piece that Luca the artist created. It’s the most artistic gem I’ve ever stayed at! It’s a slice of heaven! Seriously, you don’t t ever have to leave it’s so beautiful!! Paola & Luca make an incredible breakfast, the best eggs and cappuccino I’ve ever had. And the best part is Paola and Luca. They are 100% the best hosts I’ve ever had at any place I’ve ever stayed at. I miss them already!!

This place was wonderful. Off a quiet street just outside of the hustle and bustle of Sorrento. Was more than enough room for our family of 7. Private parking for our car was convenient for our excursions in the area. Raffaele was an excellent host, always responsive and even set us up with an affordable and AMAZING Amalfi Coast driving tour. We all agreed we will stay here again on our next visit to Sorrento! 5 stars!

The location is conveniently located next to a local bus stop that gets you down to Amalfi or up to Pogerola. This little town is a secret gem, it’s has a few really nice restaurants that are so much better than those in Amalfi. The apartment is spacious, has a really nice view and the host was very helpful and responsive.

This was a wonderful home! It was clean and spacious and the view can't be beat! Very helpful hosts who ensured our trip was perfect. We loved the hot tub as well. Highly recommended.

Carmela was an exceptional host, very considered and cared about our needs. Specifically when she realised we were arriving by ferry she organised porters to transfer our luggage to the house. Her communication is next level and always responded quickly to my queries. The house was immaculately clean and well presented. I highly recommend Carmela, the best Airbnb host we have had the pleasure to be our host.

This place is a real gem. Very secluded but very close to some amazing restaurants. There’s a beach 5 min walk away, the main piazza 2 min walk away and you are on the 140 bus route which goes into the city centre very regularly. I stayed with my two boys and there was plenty of room for us all. The terrace is fantastic and the view tops it off. It’s also lovely to hear the sea and the birds. We couldn’t have had a better time and we will be back as soon as we can!

The entrance to the vast living room immediately gives you the feeling that when you are at home you will feel like a king. And so you can start your next day well or know to come home in the evening with an always positive mood. Very central and strategic location Mrs. Alisea is always available and immense courtesy for information and suggestions

We had an amazing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is in extremely convenient, with beautiful walks, wonderful restaurants, and lots to do nearby. If we come back to Naples, we hope to stay here again.

Great area to stay if you want to explore but don't want to stay right in central Naples!

Great Location, beautiful place, New/Modern. Very clean. 10/10 recommend. I am American and speak very little Italian but all the locals made us feel welcomed, even though nobody speaks English. If you come from America just try to learn some Italian before or during the trip if you want to stay here. Not touristy but a perfect home base for traveling. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience.
