Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

Questo elegante alloggio è perfetto per chi ama il design, la natura e le escursioni. Immerso nel verde delle colline friulane, vicino alla Ciclovia Alpe Adria ed altre mete di interesse (vedi nella guida). Ogni dettaglio degli interni è stato progettato con la massima cura, e con l'amore per l'architettura dei padroni di casa. Il Fienile ha due piani da 60 mq(120mq tot): al piano primo l'ampia e luminosa zona giorno e al piano terra la camera con bagno. È presente un giardino privato arredato.

L’immobile è disposto su due piani e offre camera matrimoniale, camera singola, spazioso soggiorno con comodo divano letto e stanza dedicata ad una culla ivi presente, per una disponibilità totale di 5 posti letto (culla esclusa). L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Siamo vicini al confine con la Slovenia dove possibile trascorrere orette di svago e relax nei due casino situati a Nova Gorica. Per gli amanti del vino siamo vicini ai più conosciuti produttori in zona.

E' leggermente rientrata dalla strada principale, lungo una strada privata, dove il cinguettio degli uccellini è più udibile del rumore della strada. Casa con piccolo giardino interno (il curtilut) situata in posizione strategica per scoprire tutta la regione: i siti Unesco di Cividale, Palmanova e Aquileia, il mare e la montagna e le città di Udine, Trieste e Gorizia. Siamo a 34 km dall'aeroporto di Trieste e a 10 minuti in auto dall'ingresso dell'autostrada. Se viaggiate in bicicletta ci trovate a 100 metri dalla Ciclovia Alpe Adria con possibilità di garage interno per le biciclette.
