Chico State & Downtown a short 10 min drive, Lake Almanor and Lassen National Park a 90 min drive. You’ll love my place because of the Location, very clean & well equipped, the views, quiet, yard w Patio, Lawn, Gas BBQ, Pool & Hot Tub (no extra fee). Great for singles, couples, or families with 2 or less kids.

This is an adorable private carriage house, alongside an iconic and historic Chico home built in 1938 for the late Senator Johnson. The property is over an acre and faces the beautiful Bidwell Park. The property sits in an ideal location for a Chico experience, with direct front access to Bidwell Park trails for walking, running, biking, hiking, swimming, site seeing, golf and lovely downtown shopping, dining and nightlife. The pool is typically open mid May through September.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in North Chico, in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by walnut orchards, this is a 1,050 sq ft 2 story guest house.
