An amazing place! My boyfriend and I only stayed a night but we wished we had stayed more! The property was beautiful and Leandro was a gem! We will definitely be back! My only suggestion is to improve the mattress, it was a foam mattress and a bit hard but not the end of the world.

We spent two unforgettable nights in a perfectly furnished cabin, designed for four people, which made it very spacious for us. Surrounded by the forest, we were lulled by a symphony of birdsong and the soothing sounds of nature, making us feel closer to the animals. Wendy introduced us to an incredible diversity of birds and organized memorable activities for us, such as horseback riding and an introduction to cocoa. We also enjoyed Rita's delicious cooking, which was served to us directly in our chalet, a particularly nice touch. The authentic kindness of this family touched us: they share their environment with passion and offer an exceptional experience. A huge thank you for this extraordinary stay!

🌟AMAZING!!!🌟Look no further, stay at Gloria’s Casa de Toucan!!! I have stayed at many Airbnb’s, Gloria is by far, one of the best host’s I have ever had. She is pure Gold!💛 Pictures do not do the home justice! It is spacious, comfortable, eclectic, and homey. Gloria has everything you could need and more. The kitchen and home is the most well stocked home I’ve ever stayed. The beds are so comfortable. The lookout is spectacular! There are toucans, green Ibis, and you can hear Howler monkeys. If you love plants, nature, scenery, and peace- stay here! There are banana plants, coconut trees, cocoa plants, cherry trees, wild ginger, pineapple, and turmeric plants surrounding the home. My mother and I both feel spoiled since we stayed there. My regret= not booking more nights there! I could easily stay months! Please take us back ❤️ FYI, the neighbors German Shepherd is a sweetheart! She’s great with kids and loves to play fetch with coconuts. My youngest cried when we had to leave.

The Casa Bambu was an unforgettable retreat. Marianela and her mother were exceptional hosts. They made us feel right at home and were very attentive. My husband and I will definitely be back! The lodge is very clean and everything worked properly. My husband and I came to Costa Rica for the first time to do some Machaca fishing and the river did not disappoint! If you get a chance to visit Puerto Viejo de Sarapiqui, please do yourself a favor and stay here! You will be glad you did! Beautiful place and very friendly people!!
